The teenage shooting victim and his family moved from 59th Street last month, reportedly to Fremont. McCullough saw the moving van outside their home and said he was hoping they were off to Oklahoma or other points far, far away from his neighborhood. 1. The teenager is not a "victim".
2. We don't want him here in Oklahoma. Send him to New York or Chicago.
