this is through-the-looking-glass stuff. this bastard wanted her put down, claiming she had no sensation of what was happening to her - - but now he wants to milk the caregivers for not treating this "vegetable" well? if they really treated her like vegetable, maybe it's because that's what he said she was?

Michael has a literary agent and wants a book deal. He needs to keep his name in the news, and he sure enjoys tormenting other person. Also, there is money to be made even if one has no case since so many are willing to settle. His own words and actions reveal he is a sadist.
I don't understand his lawsuit. Didn't he claim Terri died the day she collapsed and even has it on her grave, just to stick it to her parents? So what is he complaining about now after crazy Judge Greer and the courts catered to his every sadistic whim? Abuse of a corpse?

Let me get this straight -- the HINO sued when they wouldn't let Terri die; now the HINO is suing because the hospital didn't treat Terri so she would live?? There aren't enough bad adjectives to describe this piece of excrement!! Oh, BTW, will the HINO's buddy, Greer, hear this latest malpractice lawsuit?? If Greer's the judge -- no problem for the HINO!
