Kristen went on the stump and campaigned for Edwards and Kerry. The demoncrats saw her coming from a mile away. If I recall correctly, her organization's spiritual leader was Richard Ben Veniste, right? The Clinton coverup artist was the one who was coaching her on what to say.
"...f I recall correctly, her organization's spiritual leader was Richard Ben Veniste, right? "
Yep. Slick Willy's slick man on the spot.
I'll never forget the fact that Gorlick was appointed to the panel at all, and that the rest went along with that farce.
I seem to remember this ''angry widow'' during the last presidential election attending every Kerry rally she could get to ,smiling and cheering him on. If as she says she wants the ''REAL ANSWERS'' as to why 911 happened I would gently point her in the direction of Sandy Bergers socks. I have a feeling she would say. ''NEVERMIND''!
Some 9/11 widows. BTW, I think the 9/11 memorial has some serious issues, myself.
So who wants to bet Chrissy Matthews doesn't invite this woman for a return appearance this week, but waits till the story's cooled off, and then claims his non-partisanship?
I wonder how thrilled Chris Mathews will be with the jersey girls now.
I wonder why this story was allocated to the St. Pete Times?
Hell no. They just want to reconvene the Commission so Gorelick and Ben-Veniste can find a way to blame this on the Bush administration, and the Republicans on the Commission can roll over and let them.
They don't want the truth, because they can't handle the truth.

let's see if she's on the show again this coming week.
Charles Krauthammer, John Podhoretz and Jim Geraghty are warning people off this story.

as Rush was saying, you have to start with the basic thesis that the washington inner circle, first and foremost, protects itself. the defense of Gorelick by other comittee members, even republicans, shows this clearly. only Ashcroft had the stones to say a word about her.
it would be very easy to investigate these claims, call witnesses (Gorelick herself being one of them), find out what is true and what is not.
...one that doesn't include Gorelick and her ilk.
Will they change their tone, once they realize it was the Clinton administration that was responsible for this?
How long before the MSM tris to pin this on Bush?
That should be "tries".
Wow, wasn't Kristen one of the main ones DEMANDING that the most excellent findings of the FIRST 9-11 Commission be etched in stone and instituted immediately?
'Jersey Girl' Defends Jamie Gorelick

A member of the group, the "Jersey Girls," who lost her husband in the 9/11 attacks, is defending 9/11 Commission member Jamie Gorelick against allegations that, as deputy attorney general in the Clinton administration, she blocked critical intelligence that had identified the two 9/11 hijackers who destroyed the World Trade Center.
"Gorelick gets a bad rap with that whole, you know, 'wall thing,'" Lorie Van Auken told WABC Radio's John Gambling - referring to Ms. Gorelick's 1995 directive prohibiting intelligence agencies from sharing evidence on suspected terrorists with law enforcement.
Calling it insread "the Reno wall," Van Auken insisted that its primary impact was limited to the investigation into so-called 20th hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui, where investigators were prevented from searching Moussaoui's computer until after the 9/11 attacks. Van Auken offered no comment on reports that the Gorelick restrictions bottled up critical intelligence on 9/11 conspirators Mohamed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi, whose hijacked planes destroyed the World Trade Center.
But Rep. Curt Weldon, who revealed earlier this week that military intelligence had identified Atta and al-Shehhi as terrorist threats operating inside the U.S. two years before the attacks, blamed the Clinton Justice Department's "wall."
"There was no reason not to share this information with the FBI," he complained in a radio interview Wednesday night, "except that the firewalls that existed back then were so severe that they wouldn't let these agencies talk to one another."
There is no doubt in my mind that farcical 9/11 commission played to a specific outcome to curb the growing hate between us and them. Personally no spin by any politician on ether side can convince me that the wall set up for the purpose of limiting investigations that would show the treasonous nature (Chinagate for one)of Clinton's Red brigades did not lead to other breakdowns that might have prevented the belligerent attack on America. But I have a great deal of respect for Pod, Hammer, and Ger, so maybe we shouldn't get our hopes up?
Interesting point to ponder.
LOL!
I really think (hope) eventually she will feel so betrayed by all the libs she fell in with, she will come out swinging AGAINST the 9/11 Commission.
Of course this all depends on how many people on the right side (our side) come out and scream and make noise about this and Gorelick's Wall. We all know that 9/11 Commission was a total coverup. I think she knows it now. We'll see if anyone lets her talk. But you know the old lame-o mainstream media!
Let's face it too, she makes a good appearance, and I know that she is articulate. Too bad all the lefty propaganda that's been coming out of her mouth the past couple of years has been so lame and wrong. But she knows NOW that she's been BURNED by the lies. Her feelings for her husband I think helped to keep her from seeing the truth. She fell in line with the left, the left who created "The Jersey Girls". But, I think she feels betrayed now, and that type of girl is not the kind who appreciates being betrayed...... especially in public!
So, you're right, let's see if they ask her back. Let's see if the sick morning shows ask her on. Let's see if Oprah has her on, etc.
I swear though, knowing her the way I think I do, she'll make her own venue if need be. She is not shy and she is pissed.
Take care. ;-)
