Does it predate his joining up?Shouldn't matter. Her specific claim is that it's Casey's death that "justifies" her being a tax cheat; not his joining up in the first place. :)

The date of recording and the titles of the documents are present on the web. Actual documents can be viewed on microfiche at the recorder's office. Copies are usually a buck a page. The titles include Patrick Sheehan, that is the name of Cindy's husband, as co-grantor and co-grantee. So we can be reasonably sure it's THE Cindy Sheehan.
