Someone is going to have to be physically present at the Solano recorders office and request copies of the documents. It is possible that their system is slow or there might be a "glitch" preventing them from appearing at this time. But with the document numbers, there is a starting place anyway.

There are a number of search engines that pick up free public records. However, the various agencies are aware of this and have made it impossible to simply go through links to get information. I believe going through the county page and working your way through again may work.
