I totally disagree. A misinformed human race is fundamentally stupid. The democrats have been working toward that goal for years.
However, the very existence of FR and other conservative blogs tells me the INFORMED HUMAN RACE is a force to be reckoned with. And .. a force the democrats still have not acknowledged exists.
And .. as for "a wise man" making that statement .. I believe it was Michael Moore who made that statement - and I would hardly call him wise.
