totally. but it's the other picture, the alligator tears one with moore in the shadows, that really looks like him. when he was younger, of course.
Prince Chuck and Lady Up Chuck here look to me like identical twins separated at birth. Their expressions are a perfect match. They both look pretty slow, too. Somebody with PhotoShop should put a straw hat on Charles and see how that looks :-)
