"Company of Heroes" is on FOX now about Falluhjah.
Yes they are, as well as the spouses, it's heartbreaking to watch. They also deserve utmost respect and support.
I wish I could extend sympathy to Cindy Sheehan, but, after reading her anti-American rants, I can't. She even said people should support the terrorist insurgents, like the ones who killed these men.
That's what enrages me the most about the left, they are pushing out and out lies about the war in Iraq, and giving support to the terrorists with their lies. They are making it even harder for our troops. I hate them for that.
I wish the parents who are with Sheehan would take a moment to consider the possibilty that maybe president Bush isn't Hitler, and that this isn't about oil. Maybe their child was an honorable person, lost in a noble cause, and not while "killing innocent people" and carrying out the evil plans of the Bush administration.
Did everyone watch the part in this special where our soldiers found men, women, and children, beheaded, and eviscerated by the terrorists? These people are worse than the Nazi's. This is a noble cause, but, it is not an easy one. War is never without cost.
OUR TROOPS ARE FIGHTING AL QUEDA IN IRAQ.
The task is difficult and dangerous. I'm tired of idiot hippie, stupid, ignorant, leftists making it worse with thier BS and out and out lies. (rant:off)
Tell your son we are behind him 100%. He is a hero.
Ping.
Linda and I stopped watching. It's too much for us.
This is Palcot's second show on Fulusha (sp). We recorded the first one last winter and sent it to our son . They don't get alot of news in some of the places they have to defend.
Can't be said enough. You can not support the troops, but not support the mission.
Thank you, he is my hero.
This is a heartbreaking program. I am filled with anger also, not at Ms. Sheehan, but at G.W., Rumsfeld, and any other idiot responsible for sending these brave Americans to fight their PC, humanitarian "War on Terror". American soldiers should only have to fight door-to-door if the war ever came to our homeland. Falluhjah should have met the same fate that befell Hiroshima. Maybe then the people of Iraq would have a little more motivation in cleaning up this mess, rather than waiting for our brave young people to do it for them. I'm sorry, but I am just so angry right now...
Yes, because failure of the mission means they died for nothing.
POUND SAND
Log off and pull yourself together...
And you, as was said above, may go pound sand.
I am SO proud of the South family! Indiana raises some amazing people.
The leftists in Congress should be added to the list of the contemptable who aid and abet the enemy by diminishing these wonderful men. Durbin, Kennedy, Boxer, Pilosi, Conyers etc. should have their faces rubbed in this.
God bless these brave men for their service and sacrifice, and their families for their support and suffering.
Agreed, this is a wonderful, riveting report. Great Journalism. Then again, we know what will freeze over before he gets an emmy.
In this country, we strive to do the right thing, even if it is the harder thing. That is what separates us from them. In this case, I don't believe that is PC. It's called being human.
That means, we do it another way until it is clear there are no other options. Right now, we are winning with very few, but still very painful, casualties.
So, to quote a wise freeper above...pound sand.

With so little to say....why pipe in with that crap?
I am in AWE...complete awe of the courage of the people we're meeting tonight.
And, so damn grateful.
Our company just left and we set the VCR to tape this show; can't wait to watch it. It's about time someone did a show that portrays the hard and brave work our military is doing. The work that no one else in the world will do.
Falluhjah was a HUGE success, but the media portray it as a big loss....I truly hate our media & the liberals.
