Boer-Sedano, who now works as a waiter and busboy at a San Francisco hotel... For the sake of your health, don't go to San Francisco.

The three-judge panel said Boer-Sedano, 45, would likely face further abuse and have difficulty getting life-sustaining AIDS medication if he were sent back to Mexico... But here, he will have no difficulty getting medication because you and I will pay for it.

The courts say all these people coming here because of the persecution in their homelands, yet the courts in their rulings site the laws of these very same countries that allow this persecution.

Well, I guess pretty soon we'll see all the Juans and Joses and Pablos holding hands and skipping two-by-two across the Rio Grande, then claiming asylum.

The Mexicans must be laughing their arses off at the stupidity of America. To concoct a hair-brained story like this to gain political asylum means they expect to be dealt with by stupid America judges.

(A) I didn't even thing the 9th circus could be this bad. I thought it was a lower court.
(B) He's claiming he needs asylum because he was forced to perform sex acts by a (presumably gay) police officer.
(C) This makes a mockery of asylum cases.
(D) This should be overturned.
(E) Congress needs to disband this court.
