I'm sorry for your loss, but blaming W for it all is as faulty as chering him uncritically, as do all these bot Freepers. No important policies would be changed if a Democrat was in the White House, since the same suits would be in charge. The problem is in the system, not the individuals chosen to serve as figureheads in highly-staged television appearances.

I see it the same way, as I look around, in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter much if the Red State Team or the Blue State Team wins, we will end up pretty much at the same place. The problem goes deeper than that. Blaming President Bush is not the answer, he is a part of the mess but to fix the blame on him isn't the true answer. It is all the greedy corporate and non-profit lobbyists who buy their votes through their influence. They are nothing but thieves. Although I think there are a lot of wacko theories out there on the New World Order and many times they do a disservice in shooting themselves in the foot, but I do believe the New World Order does exist in some form and yes, they are the movers and shakers with the lobbyists and so on. It is part of the globalist agenda, in addition to being thieves, they do seek power and the way to power is to control the production and resources for that production. CAFTA, NAFTA and FTAA are a way to that.

Not all of us are greedy thieves, nor corporate................some of actually were fighting that kind of crapola. :) Unfortunately representing the little guy is often a thankless task and unless they can hook up with something bigger, it tends to be a lost cause, but that doesn't mean not trying.

I don't put all the blame on Bush, I just give him his share of it. The lobbyists aren't the problem. And that argument won't work. Sorry. That's like blaming the gun for the crime instead of the wielder of it. Any politician up there can have the moral fortitude and strength of character to refuse bribes and represent US. When they do not stand up, that is their fault. It cannot in any way be laid off upon the lobbyists. The lobbyists don't make the decisions for the politicians. They may make offers; but, the politician can always say "no." Bush bears blame right along with every other politician up there that voted for all this crap. And any of you that sided with them bears equal blame for not standing up for America instead of your own greedy self interests. If you couldn't tell, I'm not much one for sugar coating or pulling punches. Nor do I allow people to play semantics games as a copout or to minimize.

I agree but I'd go further. It's not just corporations. It does not take much looking at the DLC's New Democrat Third Way "progressives" web site (ndol.org) to get acquainted with the Davos crowd of world leaders, intellectuals, corporate heads, the U.N., and prominent do-gooders from all walks of life. They set the agenda.

Bill Clinton plans a competitor for Davos. It's not moving fast enough for him. His "global initiative" starts in Sept. I believe.

To me, both Davos and Clinton (who is loved at Davos) are nothing more than a Marxist revolution from the top down and corporations are useful idiots. When the Davos / Clinton crowd asks the corporate heads if they sell rope they'd better take off running.
