I'm sorry! I'm surprised at that, I guess....though I now in busier cities they are more prone to do that.
You weren't any more surprised than I was, considering the lights in both directions were red. The nearest was a football field away, and the other was more than two football fields away...
No traffic...10:00 in the morning...it's OK, though, as I will be sure that it makes the local papers...;o]
