Now he says this in post 99 of that thread "And it was OBL who said he was waging war against the US because of the troops in Saudi Arabia."
Is he saying that if we pulled our troops out of Saudi Arabia, OBL and Al-Quaiduck would leave us alone?
Is that really what he's saying?

Yeah, he just answered my question, he does think that if we merely left Saudi Arabia the terrorists would leave us alone.
