It is not. My job is simply to arrange for better weather on Earth, including Antarctica, and on Mars. Other planets may fall into my purview when the rest of the office and its equipment get up and running.
By the way, in regard to Katrina, the equipment has not arrived yet for controlling the direction of hurricanes. I could not have made it easier for them, having sent the specifications in detail.
All I got was complaints that there must be something wrong with the scale! Heck, that's the excuse I use in the morning!
