i tried to watch the video...but it keeps saying I have to download a program to be able to see it. I have hit the download link several times, and it says I have successfully downloaded the program...but each time I try to watch it, it still gives me that message.
Anyone else have that problem? If so, did you figure it out to be able to watch the video?
