You guys read this thread. The old school union heads still control in many places. You still have a lot of work ahead of you but keep at it. You will eventually win.

I know the article is talking about government workers but the collusion between the unions and the Democrats is an old one. Also not the experiences of several of the repliers.

This is a horrifying prospect for government workers or any workers. States with "Right to Work" laws don't have to put up with this extortion.

Having a 2nd Amendment Right doesn't mean that citizens MUST buy firearms. We can make them ourselves.

If Washington State Gov't employees are FORCED to be unionized, then the employees can make their OWN union and they can have more than one! This is a free market for unionization, and it's very American. Forcing gov't or any employee into only one union is a fleecing of our citizens by obvious organized criminals.

The conservative corners of Washington must respond (and there are many, basically every where other than Olympia and Seattle/Tacoma). Let the small towns and counties self-unionize their own employees and tell the Governor to pound sand. Then, draft the "Right to Work" laws that so many other states have. Kill this beast in its infancy with the weapons of Reason we've already been given.
