thanks for the ping...it would be nice if Taiwan had a huge arsenal of nuclear weapons so the chinese would be frightened to try and attack them.Well the CIA put a dent in that program unfortunently. Although Taiwan is belived to be one of the three countries responsible for the Vela incident.
