Yep. I mean, they are already putting microchips in people and pets, GPS in cars, and yesterday I saw a report about how the Nogales Port of Entry is testing something with codes, so people can drive thru the border more easily. Supposedly, they will not be tracked - only when they pass to and fro.
Well, one thing's for sure....the time is getting closer.
