Killing the innocent fetus for the crime of the father is even more monstrous. Also, what's to stop some women from claiming rape or incest just to get an abortion? The woman may not even have to press any charges.

Let's also send parents away to jail with their children who commit crimes while juveniles. Maybe even double their child's sentence. I mean it would only be fair to allow those monstrous parents to be kept on the streets.
