I live about 8 minutes away from the school were this happened and went to school with the judge. Part of the plea deal was that she cannot have a book, movie, etc... deal for at least 8 years. No profiteering of any kind. (I can't imgine her in the county jail by the way. Ought to be interesting with her in the bullpen.)

I don't think she intended to get caught. This a small town girl/woman and she wanted the respect of the community and her husband. He was the high school basketball coach till he resigned over this. The papers have it wrong. too. They said she lived with the boys parents durring her divorce. She lived with them before her marriage. She had only been married about a year when this happened. For all intents and purposes, she was supposedly happily married while she was fooling around with this boy. And the boys parents staunchly defended her.
