That "wall" was not erected solely for protecting the Clinton/Gore campaign. That wall was the foundation of a plan that was supposed to be handed to algore, then hillary. The direction they were planning on taking this country should scare the bejeebies out of anyone who is paying attention, and even those who aren't but should be.
The clintonistas had planned on being in power for a minimum of 20 years, with hillary taking the reins when we were totally weakened. IMO, their plan was diabolical enough that hillary was to be the last president and the first dictator of America.
Tin foil hat? Maybe. But I don't think that scenario is out of the realm of possibility.
The "Wall" has been in place, in one form or another, since the beginning of the Cold War. It enabled American citizens to spy on this country (domestic intel) and pass the information on to Soviet operatives (foreign intel), hence the "Wall". It was a shield law and was carefully maintained by the influence of the ACLU, the Communist Party, USA and political influence of the Soviet Union. The Clinton Administration had simply been doing what the Democrats had been doing since Truman. Their problem was that with the fall of the USSR, there was no need for this wall separating domestic (American) intel and foreign (Soviet) intel.
The "Wall" was a Cold War relic, kept for political purposes, that wound up turning the Middle East into a radioactive Hot War. The problem for the Democrat Left is the fact that they wound up screwing themselves with their own treason.
