Her son volunteered, and according to other members of the family, knew exactly what he was about. My guess is that, because of his mother's activities, there must have been some fairly siognificant disagreement between the tow. Now she is using his loyal service and HIS DEATH...to promote causes which he showed by his own service and sacrifice that he stood four square against...how utterly disgusting.
"It is sad to watch a human being melt down in public and be "used" by the liberals to meet their "air time" anti-war/Bush agenda."
Please stay out of Crawford, TX. Nothing to see move on!
this IS photoshop, right? Not that he probably hasn't felt like giving those reporters the one fingered salute.
Perhaps her only son. She may have a couple of daughters.
She has gotten her meeting with the President, her meeting with administration heads, her letter from the President and a public statement from the most powerful man in the world recognizing her grief- during a time of war... and she can not stop there?!
I think the President of the United States has a stalker on his hands- and she may be more dangerous than most because the Media is apparently in cahoots with her over it.
If this were happening to Oprah or Bruce Springsteen I am sure the left and the public would insist upon cindy's arrest.
blah, blah, blah...
I'm starting an open letter to Cindy.
"Hi Cindy,
On behalf of myself, please SHUT THE "F" UP!
Sincerely,
kx"
Exactly... We can't let this woman and the MSM get away with anything.
Casey Austin and Nick Berg must be related somehow.
Dear Mrs. Sheehan,
God has blessed America and George Bush. But He has cursed you and the 56 million who voted against him.
We have faced many enemies over the centuries, but none so brutal and so murderous. How can the likes of Cindy Sheehan possibly advocate a win for the very ones that killed her son?
Where are these so called human right's groups? Are they really only concerned about Abu Graab, or is their hatred of George Bush, Condi Rice, and Dick Cheney made them so blind they cannot see what they are actually advocating?
Again, this was all brought out by Christopher Hitchens.
I'm convinced Cindy Sheehan is crazy. My feelings of compassion and sorry have morphed into rage and a terrible fear that her treasonous mouthings will cost some other American soldier his or her life. I see pictures of her with that ragtag group of crackpots demonstrating in front of the WH, and it's as clear that other than running around begging for attention, she has no life whatsoever. Her dearest wish will be granted soon, no doubt, when she appears on Al Jazeera. Her darkest moment will come when she wakes up to all she's done and realizes she's put the country in danger. The Leftists using her, however, aren't crazy, they're simply evil and powermad. So they're worse than Cindy. A lower run in Hell awaits that crowd.
Every once in a while Christopher Hitchens makes great sense, and even when you're pulling your hair out reading him, he's entertaining and a fine writer.
Grieving mothers are sometimes also very emotionally disturbed individuals, having nothing to do with the loss. This one appears to want to blame somebody for her misfortunes (note that she mentions she is unemployed -- wonder how that came about?) and she's fixated on our poor Prez, who has enough to worry about already. Too bad for everyone.
ohh yeah it is :)
Just like that supposed video of the President walking past the press pool and flipping them off, this one is of that vein...
Has anyone seen any statements from Casey's siblings? Or his father? I am curious about this omission.

Ah, I was just about to post the exact same link. Carly does the same "it's all about oil" schtick her mother does, but not much is given about the politics of brother Andy or sister Jane (or dad Pat, for that matter). They're not the grandstanders that Cindy is, obviously.
