Not surprising. DC's blacks keep moving out to Prince George's County, MD to escape the city's high crime rate and rotting schools, while white singles (especially gays), who don't care about the state of public schools, move into increasingly gentrified DC neighborhoods.
That's right. Look at what happened to Dupont Circle.
