Dogs and cats just know when they look cool.

My sister had a husky, all-white (they lost him a couple of years ago), and they had an entire wardrobe of neck bandanas for him. He looked super-great in every one. Had special ones for Christmas, Halloween, you name it. I swear that dog knew he looked goooood!

Birds do too. A friend of mine has a cockatoo who loves to wear hats and struts around with a hat on. The bird was used in the old TV show "Baretta". Remember his cockatoo Fred? He definately had a Hollywood attitude. She has a whole collection of hats and costumes for him.

How sweet. A toni pet shop near me has a huge clothing
section for dogs. A real hoot to look through

Fudd, I used to have a neighbor who was always playing practical jokes on us. I never got a chance to get even...UNTIL...one day when my neighbor and his family went out for the day and I discovered their little dog was wandering around outside and heading for the street.

I took him home, found their front door unlocked, put him inside and closed the door after him. A little later he was out wandering around again. Obviously, that pup knew how to paw the door open.

That time I brought him to my house and put a bright red and white kerchief on him. Then I took him home and made SURE the door was locked.

My neighbor arrived home to a house securely locked and his previously unadorned dog sporting a kerchief.

It took the neighbor about 24 hours to figure out how it was done and who had the most reason to "get even" with him. His response was to cross the street to my house and smilingly hand me the biggest gin and tonic I had ever seen.
