I eat Subway once or twice a week. Foot-long Oven Roasted Chicken on Wheat with Double Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, oregano and pepper spread. No cheese or mayo. Great bodybuilding food.
Subway is good stuff. Tho' I do like the sweet pickles Blimpies puts in their subs.
The devil is really in the details when it comes to stuff like that - sauces, mayonnaise, cheese, the potato salad. I don't even own any spices, to keep me from getting used to frills on my food.
