Well, it's not a fallacy really.

Yes, really, it is. Look it up.

Also, I've known too many people wrecked up on pot. Some disasterously so. Everyone that got on it ended up FAR worse off, in many cases dragging their loved with down the drain with them.

So you support making alcohol illegal from this assertion I see. Well as long as you are consistent in your beliefs I don't have a problem with you believing them, however incorrect they may be.

No, I draw the limit at alcohol. Why make anymore bad stuff legal?

And if you want more bad stuff legal, why not start with meth or something? They're all life destroying. Alcohol can at least be used moderately without the risks.
