SHE DEFINITELY SAID DAUGHTER-IN-LAW. Please don't repeat the "dog" thing.

But Cindy isn't really dealing with a family tragedy anymore, her son died over a year ago. She could still be grieving, but everybody dies, and I would guess over half of the parents in this country today have had to deal with the death of a child.
