The once tolerant, understanding, and open democratic party has now become an angry, hateful and intolerate bunch. The democratic party of 20 and 30 years ago is a mere shadow of its former self. Truman and Roosevelt would be sickened to see what people like Michael Moore and George Soros have done to thier beloved democratic party.
And that's exactly why I left. They've gone way over the edge. I never voted straight democrat anyway, but my own conscience. My conscience got to the point where I couldn't even admit to being a democrat.
