Mick, Mick, Mick. You've surprised me. What happened to the guy who took the stage at that concert after 9/11 and said "You don't #@%! with New York!"? I still have a bunch of THAT guy's CDs.

They may soon be off to join Bonnie Raitt's in the landfill, though...

Damage control. If the Right gets ahold of this, Jagger won't sell another album to a conservative unless it's at gunpoint. And those aging post-Boomers constitute a large portion of his target demographic, since most kids these days wouldn't buy a Stones album unless Fitty Cent was backing up vocals.

What a mealy mouthed wimp. Making the song is one thing, but then trying to deny it's obvious meaning is cowardly. Anyways, why do they even bother with the expense of recording new albums? It's not like anyone is going to the concerts to hear their new stuff.

Not only is he ignorant, now he's proven himself to be a coward without the slightest convictions.

He should stick to what he does best.

Not aimed at anyone?

"The song contains the lyrics: "You call yourself a Christian, I call you a hypocrite. You call yourself a patriot, well I think you're full of s***."

His lyrics are not only aimed at our President and his administration. They are also aimed at Christians and Patriots as well!! In other words, the only ones his lyrics are not aimed at are the libs!

I had been under the impression that Jagger was a shrewd businessman, with a well-honed aversion to politics, having seen it all come and go during his long career. Now I realize he doesn't have the political smarts to pour piss out of a boot, and KEITH is the statesman!

He's referred to as Sir Mick Jagger in Britain....

And referred to as sweet pants by David Bowie.

Mick's attempt to distance himself from his song shows he is just a Pu**y.
