to keep the pathetic little minds amongst us busy so we can do the good work.
"Btw, do you get along with ANYONE?"
I don't know, you'd half to ask my wife of 33 years and my daughter of 26 years and my daughter of 24 years and my dad of 79 years and my mom of 77 years and my mother in law of 85 years that lives with me and the wife.
In light of the 9/11 commission scandal this ginned up Sheehan protest is irrelevant.
With the rest of the family calling on this woman to stop this looney behavior, it is obvious this "protest" was no protest but a story intended to take advantage of the slow august news month.
She is a fake, the story is a fake, and the MSM is caught participating in the fakery again.
nevermind
It is intended to take the spotlight away from the 9/11 Commission scandal. Since FR is taking note of the 9/11 scandal I don't think it can be swept under the rug.
You are, of course, correct. She is a grieving parent she is dead wrong, and her comments may be, inadvertently, harmful to our troops, so I wish she would be quite but she is not a traitor. Unless some of the people criticizing you have direct evidence that she wants the United States to fail, then they are, in effect, McCarthites.
One can be wrong, as she is, and still not be a traitor. Intent is a key component of treachery.
I do not think the woman is rational grief can do terrible things she in the past spoke better of Bush. I have never lost a child so, while I assert she is wrong, I will cut her some slack.
It is almost certain that we do have traitors among us, we should reserve the word for the real thing.
She's in it with Code Pink and they don't colour Easter eggs. Maybe you need to check out who Sheehans friends are.
I checked who her "friends" are. Then I had to take a shower......pure filth. She's aiding and abetting the enemy. What's the definition of traitor?
Bingo!
As I remember, at one time she spoke, if not highly, then with some respect, for Bush I thought they met at one time, I may be mistaken.
My point is not that she is a good person or that she is not being exploited by bad people; traitor is a very strong word (fool I would agree with) it should not be cheapened to include sad, pathetic, hurting, confused, grieving, people.
Sheehan Family Statement (as mentioned this morning on KSFO)

Please understand, I am not supporting her, she is wrong. My concern is that a grieving, perhaps demented, woman is being compared by being labeled a traitor to people who live in this country and want to see it destroyed. I think she is pathetic but if we are going to worry about traitors, I am afraid we have much bigger fish to fry; the word means something to me, I think they exist, and using it where, in my opinion, it does not apply cheapens it and thereby weakens our fight against those who are really traitors.
I know her family opposes her, and I wonder why there is not extensive coverage of it,
It doesn't fit the MSM agenda. And it keeps the spotlight off of this.
Goodnight.
You need to step beyond how you "feel" about this woman and her plight, as horrid and sad as it is. You must educate yourself on who and what she is aligned with. The people that are her handlers work every waking moment for the destruction of our great Nation.
I see nothing in her demeanor that would lead me to believe that she is incoherent as to her actions. She is aware that her words have consequences, and she is so sure of her righteousness that she will ignore the truth for the "greater good".
I am not attacking you; I just want to point out that you are uninformed as to who and what this woman really is, and that she is DEAD wrong... and a TRAITOR!
If you call me a McCarthy-ite, I will be forced to call you a dim. Fair enough?
LLS
Name ONE WWII mother who behaved as Cindy Sheehan is.
If you call me a McCarthy-ite, I will be forced to call you a dim. Fair enough?........
Wasn't McCarthy proved to be more right than wrong. Didn't the Russians unclassified secret documents years later that showed that he had been right about much of what he said?

Hey, I didn't post this twice on purpose. When I hit post to my comment it goes to the thread page just like it was posting but my comment isn't there. I have to go back and hit it again and then it post but the first one comes up too. I tried to refresh the page to see if it would come up after the first attempt and it did not. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to avoid it?
