Ignorant Cow! I don't think so. I think Cindy is a Munchur,Someone who has Munchhausen Syndrom. She is a person who has a need to have people pay attention to her.
She is like a mother who would keep her child sick just so that she could get the attention she craves. In this case her child casey is dead but she is still using him to get what she craves and that is the attention of the public and the news media.
