Just think folks when the Hildabeast gets elected President Gorelick is going to be the Attorney General !
He got a sweetheart plea bargain deal. $10,000 fine, a three year suspension of his security clearance (which means he would get it back in the heat of the 2008 campaign) and no jail time. Not even a slap on the wrist.
The official sentencing hasn't occured yet, so there might be a tiny chance the judge rejects the deal.
