Healthy and fair for whom???
I am an American, I really don't care about improving foreign economies....or the bottom lines of multi-national corporations whose allegiance is to some global vision, and not to the United States.

Healthy and fair for who? Mom and pop businesses or only large multinational corporations? What is good for one is not neccessarily good for the other.
