I was listening to Savage the day the story broke and he seemed to blaming the Bush administration. Savage is all over the map - way too wishy washy.

Why do you want them to testify under oath? surely you don't think that will make them tell the truth. A liar is a liar is a liar. There would not be any real punishment even if they were found to be committing perjury. Just imagine the chaos that would follow if politicians were ever put on trial for that.
