lawyers working for Special Ops decided that anyone holding a green card had to be granted essentially the same legal protections as any U.S. citizen. Atta did not have a green card and green card holders don not have the same legal protections as U.S. Citizens. The lawyers for Special Ops should be disbarred!

Yes, Atta had a VISA Not a Green Card. Very different. With a Green Card you can work....Not so with a Visa.
