SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - A complaint was issued today on an admitted Mexican gang member, convicted child sex offender and six-time deportee who was arrested last week by Cedar County Sheriff's Department a day after a high-speed chase with Missouri Highway patrol, and ultimately turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Roberto Madrigal-Lopez, 33, and his passenger fled to nearby woods following the Aug. 2 wreck of their vehicle during the high-speed chase. Upon his Aug. 3 arrest, Madrigal-Lopez originally claimed to be Carlos Lopez-Garcia. However, expedited fingerprint checks confirmed his true identity, and his extensive criminal conviction history, which includes:

In addition, Madrigal-Lopez has been deported from the U.S. on: October 1993, March 1995, April 1997, June 1997, November 2000 and March 2005. Re-entering the United States after being formally deported is a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

"Madrigal-Lopez has continually demonstrated that he doesn't belong in this country,” said Elissa Brown, special agent-in-charge of the ICE Chicago office. “With his extensive criminal activity, we'll work with the U.S. Attorney's Office to keep him off U.S. streets.” Brown heads the ICE Office of Investigations which includes a six-state area of: Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky and Wisconsin.

Madrigal-Lopez, who is heavily tattooed, is also an admitted member of the Mexican gang: the Border Brothers. He is now in ICE custody being held without bond.

The U.S. Attorney's Office, Western District of Missouri in Springfield, has accepted the case for prosecution.

Madrigal-Lopez was arrested by the Cedar County Missouri Sheriff's Department on Aug. 5 on charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Resisting Arrest and multiple traffic violations

"Want the G-daughter to understand girls can do anything if they are willing to pay the price."

My parents owned a Cherokee Six and we made several cross country trips in it. In 1994 they took both of my daughters on a "roots" trip to Missouri, the Carolinas, Texas and Colorado. They were both in elementary school at the time.

My mom is still active in the 99's for female pilots, its a good group. She took my older daughter to meet the lady copilot on an Aloha 737 that lost its top and was landed safely.

"We are importing a very violent and corrupt illegal third world culture."

Ever notice a train going by, most of the cars are covered with the same style of graffiti? Just like a that dog pees on everything to mark his territory. It is not our obligation to function as lebensraum for third world nations that double in population every generation.

Hey, he could put on a business suit or a policemans uniform and you wouldn't see the body tatoos.

Yech! I'd hate to be the staff that gets to diagram those tattoos on the "little man" during his assessment upon admission.

Re-entering the United States after being formally deported is a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

June 1993: Sale and Possession of Heroin (3-year sentence), California

October 1993: Deported

February 1994: Auto Theft (16-month sentence), California

March 1995: Deported

January 1996: Re-Entry after Deportation (2-year sentence), California federal conviction - if he had received the maximum sentence of 20 years, the rest of this wouldn't have happened.

April 1997: Deported

June 1997: Deported

December 1998: Evading a Police Officer and Disregard for Public Safety (16-month sentence), California

November 2000: Deported

October 2002: First-Degree Sexual Abuse of a Minor under 14 (10-year sentence), Arkansas

August 2004: Revocation of federal probation for violating 1996 Re-Entry conviction (12-month sentence)

March 2005: Deported

August 2005: he's back in the good ol' U.S. of A.

I unconditionally support any illegal alien being shot on sight, if he returns after being deported, after being convicted of any felony.

Do mexican prison gangs welcome sex offenders with open arms?

Yes they do. It isn't like it used to be. They are not shunned at all.

This POS is the diversity that liberals clamor for. I'd love for this POS wetback to move in next to Ted Kennedy, Shumer, Pelosi, Leahy, or Kerry and start dating their daughters.

That's been my educated guess all ways around. Prisoners are such degenerates these days that 99.99% of the time sex offenders don't get hassled or beaten like in the old days
