Some people may think that we’re fighting terrorism over there. But when is that job ever going to be complete? Terrorism is just a new “ism.” It was “communism” when I was growing up.

Sounds like she's trying to downplay the threat of terrorism and that of communism during the Cold War.

Apparently Ms. Sheehan has never heard of Salman Pak.

On one of those links I posted, Ms. Sheehan also states that she was supposed to have appeared on the Today show but that the show's crew never showed. Anyone know if Sheehan's ever appeared, or did Today decide to cancel Sheehan's appearance? The again, there's no guarantee that Sheehan's telling the truth about the show, so who knows?
