It's a part and parcel of leftist talking points and believe me, they do hate the Jews. It's part of what drove me away from the Democratic party,

Intriguing theory.

To hold water, one would think that Jewish Democrats would be an oxymoron. Hardly the case, last time I looked.

Have you pondered that contradiction ?

Then keep looking. To be sure, it is not happening overnight, people have a hard time shaking off a lifetime of beliefs. It's not easy to realize that you have been wrong for many years. And it's mostly non-religious, secular jews who are hanging on to the Democratic party, covering their ears and pretending they don't hear the rising chorus of jew hate. I left, and personally know other Jews who have left as well. Then there are people who are somewhat well known who have decamped; actor Ron Silver comes to mind. And, of course, my particular hero: David Horowitz. If the Dem party continues down this road, the Jewish Democrat will go the way of the Dodo.

It's already been stated on this thread that it's hard to justify many Jews' allegiance to the Democratic Party.
