On what charges was he arrested? Unless he showed up without an appointment, and was considered "trespassing" I don't think this holds. If he is in the right, he should sue for false arrest.

Showed up without an appointment? I think they were looking for any pretense to make an example of him. And all the lib heads are shaking and tongues wagging about how the dangerous man was stopped before he could get in to the school, supporting their own delusions. Ever seen 'Changing Lanes'? The Samuel L. Jackson shows up as his son's school and is arrested. Of course, he was arguing and losing his temper. But it reminds me a bit of that scene from the movie.
