A bit of poetic justice. As I recall his attorney had a financial interest in the nursing home, who I presume is a target of the lawsuit.

Well that would be funny, but I suspect he's not going to sue the hospice, just the docs who treated her when she collapsed. Though hasn't he already gotten a settlement from the insurance companies for that phase? Greedy little bugger - double dipping....

Well that would be funny...

Want funny from Felos?

From On the Holocaust, from Litigation as Spiritual Practice. Collectively, Jews have agreed to die, in their former lives.

"The human race, driven by greed and lust for violence came, with the impending advent of nuclear weapons, upon the verge of annihilation. Only the most shocking example of human debasement, only an unimaginable cruelty could waken humanity before the hovering doom descended."

The Jewish people, long ago in their collective consciousness, agreed to play the role of the lamb whose slaughter was necessary to shock humanity into a new moral consciousness. Their sacrifice saved humanity at the brink of extinction and propelled us into a new age."

"If our minds can conceive of an uplifting Holocaust, can it be so difficult to look another way at the slights and injuries and abuses we perceive were inflicted upon us?" (Litigation as Spiritual Practice page 240)
