Are you implying that God's Nemesis [the devil] is using Hildy?

Who is using Hildy on this issue?

perfectly understandable to me what that means. It's one thing, however, to understand, it's quite another to allow....and that's the area with which most people have problems and struggle.

I don't know what your custom is, but I do not capitalize pronouns that refer to Satan. In other words, God is Who's using us.
