I'm a great fan of triple-venti-white-chocolate mocha. I realized that it was waaaay to expensive. If I could only find the white chocolate syrup I would never darken the door of another Starbucks. Or just quit drinking coffee.
DaVinci online has white chocolate syrup.
So has Torani online.
Very inexpensive---lasts for ages.
You don't even need the w/c syrup with my decadent recipe.
WHITE CHOCOLATE CAPPUCCINO
Steam in glass mug in microwave four minutes: 3/4 c milk, block white chocolate bark. Add tea instant decaf coffee powder, 1/2 tea instant espresso powder, drop of real vanilla, or use vanilla syrup, sweetener. Blender carefully (no cover, just hold towel over blender top), then serve. Delicious.
