Yesterday I was listening to Fox News on the way home and Rummy had the best line. "I'm from Chicago, so if you cock it, you better pull it."

I am on hold at NARAL right now.
They let me express my concerns. I told them I thought their advertisement was unethical and they should pull the ad. I also told them it was wrong to run blatant lies about Judge Roberts views on the issue.
The woman was polite and allowed me to express myself fully.
She than said, Thank you for you comments.
I suspect in about an hour she will not be as polite.

Wish I could stick around for the rest of the show, but I have to get to work.
I'll try to catch a rebroadcast, or at least read the thread later.

I think you are right, it was throw it. I'm half asleep still. Our cats think 7-8 hours sleep is entirely too much and think we need to wake up around 3:30 AM.

I think he said "if you cock it, you better throw it." What I think happened is he was going to use the gun analogy but he realized the flood of e-mail it would engender so he mixed his metaphor and said "throw it". [An odd metaphor for any Chicago Bears fan, I might add; for years they thought passing was for wimps.]

Gorelick had such a conflict of interest there was NO WAY she should have been on that commission. She SHOULD have been called to testify before it.
She was there to protect the Clinturds.

Cindy Sheehan's personal life is in the pits, not just for having lost her son, but she herself has said that her younger son "is trying to be another Casey", her daughter has a drinking problem, and her husband has left her because he disagrees w/her actions. A friend called a radio station and said that Cindy was so controlling that Casey joined the army to escape her. She and her husband have tax problems, according to what I've read, and she has been a liberal activist long before this episode. Sadly, she is being used Big Time by those w/a political agenda to trash President Bush, not the devils who ambushed her son. His commanding officer on your show yesterday called him "a stand up guy" and I think...no, I know...that Casey would be ashamed of what she is doing now.....casting aspersions on his and his fellow solders' heroic service.
