That page is about an Army Patriot unit, not an Air Force unit. The Air Force doesn't operate the Patriot or other SAMS (the Luftwaffe does however) and they, the Air Force, also don't have battalions, they have Flights, Squadrons, Groups and Wings.
Okay, thank you, EG, for clearing that up for me. I also realized after posting that that nowhere on the webpage did it actually say her first name was Alexis. Seems I left 'Alexis' out of all my searches when I went down through the ranks, hoping to find something about him before he was an LTC. My goof.
