I was at Chanute AFB on Nov 22, 1963. I was going up to a class room on the 2nd floor when someone told us that JFK had been killed. A couple of really smart airmen started jumping up and down yelling that the bas*ard is dead. I never did find out how long they spent in the stockade or what happened to them after they got out.
