Who should I address this question to:

On my "comments" page, underneath the 20 comments shown, it says "overload: 20 results shown (prefer 250.)" I can't get it to show more than 20. But because I run two ping lists, I have so many comments that stuff gets lost all the time.

Is there any way to get my comments page to show more than 20? Pretty please?
