I say that we start a drive to get Democrats to smoke MORE! If we can just make anti smoking a big republican issue and have George Bush start to talk about how bad smoking is, I bet Dems will take up smoking in hoards!
Then we can get Bolton to start an anti smoking crusade at the UN and have Cheney go out to all the colleges to rant against smoking. I think it would work!
