In addition, Bush would probably prefer Condi to Rudy. Rudy backed McCain in the 2000 primaries. Bush doesn't forget those things.

Maybe so, but Rove seems to prefer Guiliani over McCain. And Condi is not even in the picture at this point. I think Bush and Rove know that she won't run and this is just stupid speculation on the MSM's part.

Naturally, I disagree, otherwise Condi wouldn't have as prominent a role in the administration as she has now. Bush promotes her every chance he gets. But we can agree to disagree.
