This group is jumping the gun. I'm a Roberts supporter but I do want to hear more about his role in the Romer case. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, but the court's ruling in Romer was appalling.
I'd never even heard of this group until a few days ago. I don't think their opposition means much.

This group may be jumping the gun about Roberts' involvement in the case - but don't try to paint this case as a simple "equal rights" issue. As a poster in another thread so eloquently put it - the "cause" in this case was to overrule the will of the voters in the state of Colorado with a non-existent "right" that has no constitutional basis. Instead the court legislated that "right" from the bench.
