What kind of training are you talking about though? For a particular sport, or to be physically fit just 'cause? And then cut back to what - an hour or so a day?
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / Mixed Martial Arts (aka "Cage Fighting" although that's only what outsiders call it).

I'd do it because it's fun and that's about it. I'd probably go to a couple hours a day, 3 or 4 days a week after that.
