If we are granting that Vince Foster's death was a suicide, I think I'll wait for the next train.
I have spoken with former troopers Larry Patterson and Roger Perry. Helen Dickey, Chelsea's nanny, made a call to the Arkansas statehouse just before or about at the time Vince's body was discovered. Perry was on duty and took the call. Her words were something like -- you'll never guess what Vince did....he went out to the parking lot and shot himself. Perry called Patterson at home to relay the news of their friend. Unfortunately, Dickey lied to D'Amato's committee and said she found out several hours later. D'Amato refused to call Perry and Patterson for testimony. It could have brought the who thing down right there.
